It has been a while.

A lot of things happened lately, and I haven't found a good time and mood to update here. I know it is not great, and I know you considered this blog "almost dead". I hope you understand, people. I become more and more busy. So much things, yet so little time to do those. If you want more updates of my life, you can catch me up on other sites like Twitter and Tumblr (1) (2).

So, our computer got reformatted, and because of it, all files are deleted. Too bad they put Adobe Photoshop 7.0 than Adobe Photoshop CS2, which I usually use, and is my best friend when it comes to graphic designing. It is okay for me, though. If someone would lend me the installer of the Adobe Photoshop CS2, it is a great blessing. I do not long for it too much though, and I am quite contented of the version I have now. I haven't even memorized the fonts and brushes I have downloaded before. Good thing I have remembered some and downloaded them once again. The files I really want to have or to be saved are the Tumblr and Blogger theme codes - those themes I have done. I felt like they were almost put into waste. Maybe I'll just create new ones when I have a free time. I do not want to think too much about it. It will just make me feel down.

Our school celebrated the Feast Day of our patron saint, Saint Benedict, last Saturday (even though the Feast Day is Sunday, July 11). Contests were held, and good thing our year level won in over-all. If you want to know more about it, click this and this. I have no pictures to upload because I haven't taken any pictures.

Sunday, I and one of my best friends watched Eclipse. I am not addicted to Twilight Saga, though. It's a form of bonding with my best friend. Then, we met another friend of ours, and decided to watch a horror movie at our house. I forgot the title of the movie, but all I can say is, the movie's corny and not-so-scary. Our friend just tried to shock us twice just to make us feel scared. We just had fun in that day.

Starting today, I'll try my best to be a better person - a better friend, a better classroom president, a better classmate, over-all, a better person. I just thought that I was mean these past few days, and before that attitude gets worse, I will try my best to make a move about it. I should be more responsible about myself, my section, and all. I should try my best to be nicer to other people. Uh, I do not know. Uh, what was I saying?!

Classroom President?

Hey, bloggers. Uh. So, there's no classes at Monday, so I decided to go Tumblr and after that, take a rest. Tuesday, unexpectedly, was the elections of the classroom officers. As much as possible, I want to be a secretary, and nothing else. I was the classroom secretary last school year, and napamahal na ako sa trabahong 'yon. So, I hope that I will be elected as secretary. But, what happened is different from what I wanted. I was elected as the classroom president. I was shocked, I really did not expect it. There are a number of reasons why I do not want to be a class president. First of all, as what I have said a while ago, I want the secretary position. Second, I do not imagine myself being a classroom president. I am talkative, I do a lot of failures, and my leadership is not as good as others. I think I'm not fitting for the position. Third, I just don't like it. Uh, sorry for being too choosy.

I was the one who led / held the nominations. I was nominated in the president position, and got a big amount of votes - which I have not expected. Now, I'm trying my best not to waste my classmates' trust. I will try my best to be responsible and lead my classmates well. Uh, wish me luck. I hope I will be able to do the job well. Maybe, this is also the chance to improve my leadership skills? IDK.

First Week of School

Hello, bloggers. Our classes already started at June 7, and let me share to you those things about my first week. But, before that, the name of my section is II - St. Hunfrid, Sir Sol's advisory class. Our adviser is the prefect of activities of our school, so I think we're expected to behave properly. Uh, I hope we can enjoy the rest of the school year.

I, Thea, April and Kuya Joseph are classmates. My two bffs are in the other section, though.
Sir Sol's advisory class = needs to behave properly. Sir Sol knows me so he asks me to do this, to do that. Collecting and monitoring the homeworks every morning, collect this, collect that, read this, etc. I've already expected this, so it's not very surprising.
The first week is ... boring and quiet. Very quiet. Nakakabinging katahimikan. But, yesterday (Friday), the classroom got a bit noisier during lunch time.
I'm starting to appreciate the seat plan. Those three people are quite far from me, so I'm trying my best to reach them out and be a bit comfortable with my seatmate.
The school's stricter now, and it sickens me like hell.
Some of my classmates last school year (actually, most of them) are in the other section, and it seems like they're very happy there. I really miss them so much.
I was not able to go online in Tumblr for 5 days because of homeworks. I only have a chance to go online whenever I need to research or ask something.

I really do hope this school year will be nice and epic. Kthnxbye.

Hi, bloggers. It has been a while since I've updated. Sorry, guys. I do not have something interesting to blog about, and I do not feel great these past few days because of some reasons, but I think I'm okay now, so I decided to update. I will not talk about a particular topic in this blog post, just those random things I want to share.

I won't discuss the whole thing why I do not feel great / alright these past few days. I just felt that I'm too dumb and stupid, and I also felt that I almost lost a friend - a good friend. But, the whole thing is okay now, and I will try my best to make my friends feel that I love them so much and I do not want to lose them. In life we make mistakes, and in those mistakes, we learn lessons. Maybe let's just learn from the past? Uh, I just want to be optimistic in some ways.

Okay, enough of that talk. My friend invited me to her birthday celebration this coming June. Of course I'll come. The good thing about this is seeing those friends I haven't seen month/s or weeks ago. I miss them so much and this is a chance of being with them, so why lose it?

Two of my friends (both guys) came here yesterday. I just miss the feeling of being with them, only the three of us talking, laughing, and so much more. And one of them brought ice cream for me, and I really do appreciate him for doing that. Having a bonding with them is really a good thing. Uh, I'm smiling right now thinking of those 2 guys. Haha. I think I look like a crazy retard right now. We todd did!

Hi, bloggers. Happy mother's day to our moms. I did not buy any gift for her because I do not have a chance to go to the malls to buy a gift for her. Bawi na lang ako sa kanya next Mother's Day. By the way, here's my message for her (She won't be able to read this because she does not know this site, and I think she knows this.):

Oh, hey mom. I'm sorry if I was not able to teach you how to check e-mails, or create a Facebook account. I'm sorry if I'm hardheaded at most times. I'm sorry sa lahat ng nagawa kong hindi maganda sa'yo. Especially when I got mad sometimes (this happens rarely, I guess), or when I did something that offended you. I did not mean it. I regret those moments I've uttered the words I must have not said. Thank you for everything, for your love, your care, everything. I'm lucky to have you as my mom. I love you, Ma. I love you so much.

I went swimming yesterday with my relatives. It is somehow a blast. And the good thing is, I haven't got my skin tanned much. And the cottage we took is great. I can't wait to go to school. My left shoulder aches whenever I move it. But it'll be okay without any treatment or whatsoever, I guess.

Hey, bloggers. Long time, no update. Sorry. It is because there is nothing really good to blog about. The title of this blog post describes how my summer 2010 is. No schedule of hang-outs. So, I just face the computer screen or read a book. Speaking of books, I have finished reading "The Puzzle Bark Tree" by Stephanie Gertler. I did not buy the book, I just saw it somewhere here in the house, and I decided to read it. It is the first English novel I have read. I'll start to read "By River Piedra I Sat Down and Wept" later on.

And, BTW, rain makes me feel that June is coming nearer and nearer, and I'm loving it. I want to go to school because I want to do something more productive than reading books and designing. And also, I miss my friends, and the school works. Yes, the school works. I do not want to have a huge pile of school works, though. Maybe, one at a time would be great. Forgive me for being weird.

We'll Make It Last Forever

New Blog Layout! :)

It's boring here in the house, so I thought of doing a new blog layout. I also used tables for this theme. This layout has a header and a footer. The old one has a text header and no footer. This layout has an image header and also an image footer. The header has pictures that represents my memories with my friends. I want to add a picture with my family in the header, but I do not have a picture with them here in our computer, so I was not able to do that. I did a quite colorful one, because I did not use much colors on my past layout. I did the graphics to be used yesterday and did the coding today. You can leave some comments about the layout in this blog post. I also edited some blog posts to make the posts better to read. I hope you like the updates. Best Friends, Talk, Walk, Food

Again, this post is supposed to be posted yesterday, but because I am not in the mood and I'm quite tired, I decided to post this today. I hope you understand that "I am not in the mood" thing. Everyone goes through it, I guess. So yesterday, two of my best friends and I hanged out. We always meet up in one of the summer days every year (just sharing). We hanged out in a food store owned and managed by the parents of one of us. The location is quite far from our house. I'm lucky enough to get my parent's permission. We are with the parents of one of us, so I think that's okay.

The location is a food store. The result? We always eat. That's the reason why I want to work-out or do something to lose weight. It seems like I ate too much yesterday, and I need to work-out to maintain my body shape. The food's good, though.

We shared stories about ourselves and also, about stories from horror movies. I miss watching horror movies with friends. We also visited the mall (or the mini-mall or whatever you call it) just for fun. Ang init talaga. I also noticed that the place has lots of pedicabs. More pedicabs than motors and tricycles. It's cool. I think I have been there, but I can't remember when. The place looks familiar, kasi.

Swimming with Friends

This post is supposed to be posted yesterday, but I'm not in the mood to blog. I do not want to ruin my blog post, so I decided to blog about this today. It's my friend's birthday yesterday, and she invited us, her friends, to go swimming with her as her birthday celebration. My parents allowed me to go, and it was great and very surprising. My parents did not allow me to go swimming with my friends before. It's my first time to go swimming with my friends, only with my friends. Actually, I do not really want to swim. My only plan is to go with them, but when my friend (the celebrant) said, "Sabi mo nga, first time mong umattend ng swimming na hindi mo kasama mga magulang mo. Magswimming ka na.", and also by my other friends who kept on convincing me, I decided to go swimming. I think there's nothing wrong with it, because I brought extra clothes, I got permission from my parents, and it's my personal choice.

It's awesome. Even though it's fun staying in the pool, I did not stay too much in the pool because I'm scared of getting too much tan and sunburn. A good thing about this is, I met some of my friends again. I miss them so much, and seeing them again is really a good thing, right? Most of the people I'm with yesterday are my First Year classmates. The lunch is also great. I did not get bored yesterday, unlike the past few days. Those days when I always stay in front of the computer screen. By the way, I wore maong shorts yesterday. It's unusual, and as much as possible, I do not want to go out wearing maong shorts again. My shoulders ache right now. And I still feel tired. And I crave for ice cream.

I Miss My Friends

First of all, I would like to send hugs for everyone, especially to those people who really need it. For those who need love and comfort from a friend, and also to other people, here: >:D<.

These past few nights, I wasn't able to sleep very well. Hindi agad ako dinadalaw ng antok at paputol-putol din ang tulog ko. I just keep myself busy at night through reading magazines and also, through texting. The result is, I do not get enough sleep always. Last night, when I was in my room, I felt pain in my chest. I also thought that I really need hugs from my friends that time. I think I really miss my friends. I haven't met some of them since the start of the summer vacation (because I see some of my friends when I go to malls or any other public place, and some of them visits me here in our house).

To all of my friends who are reading this blog, I want to say this:

I miss you so much - all the laughter, the tears, all those moments with you that I really treasure, ALL. Here's a hug for all of you. >:D<. As I always say, always remember, I am here for you whenever you need me. I always have this stretching hand to reach you and help you. If you need comfort, I am always here. I hope you'll have a great summer, and I can't wait to see all of you again.

By the way, summer gets more and more boring for me. I think I'll start to learn dances tomorrow. That's not yet sure. I hope my laziness will back-off. I will also buy new books to read.

Summer

Hey, bloggers. It's April 1 today. I'm in the mood to blog today. Actually, I am thinking of something good to blog since this morning. Then, I think sharing my summer plans and my summer thoughts would be good for the blog post today.

My summer so far is quite boring. I only spend my day in front of the computer, surfing the net, watching videos of Paramore and listening to Paramore's songs. Watching videos of Paramore (music videos and other videos) made me like the band more, especially the lead vocals, Hayley Williams. Well, no wonder why I like her so much. I like her voice, her physical appearance, her attitude, everything. I also like the whole band because their songs are really great. I love the band so much. And, by the way, because of boredom, I did this:

The paper I used is from the sketch pad we (I and my groupmates) used for our project. There are still some clean pages left, so I used it. I wrote some lyrics of the songs of Paramore. I will try to fill the whole page.

Here are my summer plans for Summer 2010:

Hang out with friends. Because it's summer, I think I have the right to go out or hang out with my friends if ever I am invited, right? Also, this is a way of seeing my friends even though it's summer. Plus, it will be fun.
Practice in playing the guitar. I can't do this right now because my guitar is not here in our house. It's with my friend right now, and I miss it. I will have my guitar again probably this coming May. And because of it, I will do this the whole month of May.
Designing. I miss doing this because I can't do several designs because of a lot of school works especially 4th quarter. I will also study the coding for Tumblr layouts, and maybe, know more about Photoshop.
Earn money. Earning money or cellphone load through designs will be great, but I think this is quite impossible. Even though I am not broke, it is still good to earn money for savings, isn't it?
Learn new dance or dance steps. Maybe those dances from 2ne1 or SNSD, and also other dances. This can also be a way of being fit or staying fit.
Shopping. Papa gave me P3000 to buy whatever I want, and also for hanging out. I ~~will~~ should buy clothes and new books to read. Yeah, books. I want to read new books. Pampalipas-oras. I think reading books is a great thing to do during free time, aside from surfing the net.
Read books. As what I have stated, reading books is great during free time, so I think this will be one of the summer plans.

I hope I can do all of these to make my summer quite interesting. And, by the way, thank you for those people who are visiting my blog. You make my day really great. Hope you all will have a great summer!

Recognition Day

This post is supposed to be posted yesterday, but I forgot to do one because of some reasons, that's why I posted it just today. Sorry for that.

So, yesterday is our school's Recognition Day. I wore make-up. I do not like wearing make-up, but I think this event is worthy enough of wearing it, even though if I have a choice, I still wouldn't. I just had it light, because I do not want very heavy make-up. We got our awards, and at the same time, our report cards. I got Third Honors. Nothing but Third Honors. I did not get a Deportment award. I think I do not deserve it, so it is okay for me. Another good thing about this day is meeting my friends and my classmates. I missed them so much, and it is a nice thing to see them again, isn't it? Even though I haven't seen them all, I think it's okay. So, here are some of the pictures:

After that, I went to SM with my parents, and we ate lunch at KFC. After I finished eating, I saw two of my friends walking along. I talked to them for a while. Then, I went back to my parents. Then, I got a new haircut. It wasn't that awesome. It's too short, and I want my hair back. Here is a picture:

Then, I and Mom ate Halo-Halo in ChowKing. I ate, even though I have a mild cough. Then, we got home. At night, I received a really bad news that destroyed my day. I do not want to discuss the whole thing anymore. Sorry.

I hope everything will be alright again. Yes, it will. I'll wait for that time.

And I'm on My Way to Believing

I finally finished my blog layout, and please give me your comments about it. I used tables for the very first time. The skin is inspired by the song "The Only Exception" by Paramore. It does not use much colors, and instead of dark ones which I usually do, I used light colors. I hope you like it.

I, together with the rest of the 6% of the whole High School body, went to school a while ago to see if we are in the awardees list, and fortunately, I am. I was quite nervous, but it was a relief when I finally heard my name. Another good thing is, if I'm not mistaken, the whole 6% who were invited to go to school a while ago were all awardees. A big HOORAY for all of us. Also, we tackled about some matters about the Recognition Day. All students are invited. The program will start at 8:00 AM. We must be there at 7:30 AM or earlier. We, the awardees, will wear our daily uniform. Then, after the program, there will be the distribution of report cards, so the attendance of parents of the students are required. I'm quite nervous about it because I think I did not do enough last Fourth Quarter, but I hope my grades are still okay until the end.

After the meeting, we stayed in the school for a while, then we finally had a thought of going home. One of my classmates planned to go to a friend's house, but we knew that our friend was not there in the house that time, so we did not go, and he decided to go home. I and my other classmate thought of going to my house. Then, we surfed the net and viewed some pictures. Of course, we took some pictures for fun. So here are some of the pictures:

Run, Devil, Run

The title of this post is a song title - Run Devil Run. So far, I know two versions of it, one from So Nyu Shi Dae (Girl's Generation), and one from Kesha. I used the song title as my blog post title because I like the song, and this is the first thing that popped out of my mind while thinking of a blog post title.

So, I went to SM a while ago because my friend celebrated her birthday. I had fun, even though I think it is quite bitin. We planned to watch a movie, but it didn't happen because of some reasons. We ate lunch at KFC. At first, it was not that fun, but as time goes, it went better. We talked about a lot of things. Also, I think the siblings (particularly sisters) of my friend (the celebrant) are fun to be with. Because I did not bring my digital camera, and my phone got low battery, I only took few pictures, so here they are:

And because we haven't watched a movie, I hope there will be a second chance. I think a friend's house will be a good place for watching a movie, instead of movie theaters or cinemas on SM. And I want to watch horror movies with friends. It would be really fun.
